At One Nutrition, nutrition is about far more than what is on your plate. We begin with your unique biology, experiences, goals, and relationship with food to understand how nutrition can best support the person you are and the life you want to live.

Nutrition is at the center of how I support your health, but it doesn’t exist in isolation. I combine evidence-based nutrition science, advanced functional testing, mindful awareness and mindful eating principles in combination with integrative approaches that support the body’s natural capacity for regulation, including the “rest, digest and heal” response. I also consider the broader influences that shape how you nourish yourself such as sleep, movement, stress, relationships, environment, and sense of purpose, because these interconnected factors can profoundly affect how your body responds and functions.

You are not a diagnosis, symptom, or lab value; you are a whole person.

For that reason, I want to learn about what's most important to you before you are advised. Together, we explore what your body may be communicating, what nourishment means for you, and what changes can realistically become part of your life. Nutrition is not simply about changing what you eat, it is about understanding how you are nourished and helping you come home to yourself.

Areas of Focus

Gut Health

Balance of your digestive microbiome, hidden infections, inflammation, and how well you’re breaking down and absorbing food. This helps us uncover root drivers of bloating, irregular bowels, skin issues, brain fog, and low energy.

Detoxification & Methylation

How efficiently your body is processing hormones, environmental chemicals, and metabolic waste, and how well your methylation pathways are supporting mood, focus, energy, and cardiovascular health. This guides targeted support for nutrients like B‑vitamins and antioxidants.

Hormone & Stress Response

How stress, sleep, blood sugar, and detox capacity are influencing sex hormones, thyroid function, and adrenal patterns, so we can support more stable moods, cycles, and daily energy.

Immune & Autoimmune Health

Immune activation in the gut, barrier integrity, and potential triggers that may be irritating or confusing your immune system, so we can calm the underlying fire rather than just chase flares.

Cardio‑Metabolic Health

Your unique patterns in blood sugar regulation, inflammation, oxidative stress, and inherited tendencies that impact cholesterol, weight, and long‑term heart and metabolic resilience.

Brain, Mood, & Energy

We look at how your brain is being fueled at a cellular level: how well you’re making and using energy, whether key nutrients for focus and mood are doing their jobs, and where inflammation or oxidative stress may be getting in the way. This helps us connect the dots between gut health, blood sugar, sleep, and your nervous system so we can create targeted nutrition and lifestyle support for clearer thinking, steadier mood, and more sustainable energy throughout the day.
